We want you to be completely satisfied with your CalNative Booking plugin license. If the Plugin does not meet your expectations for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date — no questions asked.

Our 30-day guarantee is a voluntary commercial commitment that goes beyond what is legally required for digital software products. It exists because we believe in the quality of what we've built and want you to feel confident buying it.

Scope: This policy covers your plugin license purchase from calnative-booking.com. It does not apply to any appointments, bookings, or payments made through the plugin on your own website — those transactions are between you and your clients and are entirely outside our control.

Plain English summary Buy it, try it. If it doesn't work for you within 30 days, email us and we'll refund you in full — no questions, no hassle. Renewals and policy-breach revocations are not covered.

02Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund under the 30-day guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

  • Your refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • The request must be sent from, or clearly reference, the email address used at the time of purchase so we can locate your order.
  • Your license must not have been revoked due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
  • A refund has not previously been issued for the same license key.

You do not need to provide a reason for the refund. That said, if something isn't working, please contact our support team first — most issues are resolved within one business day and we'd like the chance to help before processing a refund.

03Renewals

Annual renewal charges are not covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee. To avoid an unwanted renewal charge:

  • Cancel your auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the renewal date through your Freemius account dashboard or by contacting us.
  • We send a renewal reminder email 30 days before each renewal date so you have time to cancel.
  • After cancellation, your license remains active and functional until the end of the current billing period. No partial refund is issued for unused time.

If you believe a renewal was charged in error — for example, after you had already cancelled auto-renewal — please contact us within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and issue a full refund if the charge was made in error.

04Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • The 30-day window has passed since the original purchase date.
  • The license was revoked due to a breach of our Terms of Service (e.g., redistribution or activation on multiple sites without additional licenses).
  • The request is for an annual renewal charge rather than the original purchase.
  • A refund has already been issued for the same license.
  • The request is made via a payment dispute or chargeback rather than directly with us — see the Chargebacks section below.

If you are experiencing a technical problem, please contact support before requesting a refund. We want to solve your problem, not just process a transaction.

05How to request a refund

Requesting a refund is straightforward. Contact us using one of the methods below:

To help us process your request as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email).
  • The email address used at checkout.
  • Your license key if you have it (optional but helpful).

You do not need to explain why you want a refund, though any feedback is genuinely appreciated and helps us improve the Plugin.

06Processing & timeline

Once your refund request is received and approved:

  • We will confirm approval by email, typically within 1 business day.
  • The actual payment refund is processed by Freemius, our payment platform, and is issued to the original payment method used at checkout, in the original currency and amount paid. We do not refund to a different card, account, or currency.
  • Funds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. PayPal refunds typically appear faster, within 3–5 business days.
  • Your license key will be deactivated and the plugin will stop functioning on your site. Please uninstall it after the refund is processed.
  • Access to plugin downloads and future updates will be revoked at the same time.

If you have not seen the refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If the issue persists after that, contact us and we will investigate.

07Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. We have a straightforward refund process and aim to respond within one business day — there is no need to involve your bank if you are within the 30-day window.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:

  • Immediate and permanent revocation of your license key.
  • Removal of your account and download access.
  • The chargeback being disputed with documented evidence of delivery and this policy.

If you have already filed a chargeback and wish to resolve the matter directly instead, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

08Statutory rights

Our 30-day money-back guarantee is a voluntary commercial policy and does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.

If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 are not limited by this policy.

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, your rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and applicable national implementing legislation are not limited by this policy.

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude or restrict any right you have under applicable law that cannot be excluded or restricted by contract.
